Overall it was welcoming with fridge.

The rooms are updated and cheap, with decent value as well as very good bedding provided. The venue has unbeatable setting in Downtown Montreal district adjacent to Old Montreal and railway station, downtown and old city and all attractions.
Their breakfast is expensive, can be way much better.

A spotlessly clean and huge room provided with a mini fridge, snacks, for instance. It has unbeatable and incredible location to see Square Victoria.

Unbeatable location in great area, right by Bonaventure Metro station as well as downtown amenities. Cheap superior king room, exceptionally comfortable beds. Good pool, parking on site.

Loved the outdoor pool. Room was a good size even for 4 people. Within 10 min walking distance to St Catherine's street shopping and Crescent street for nightlife.
Parking was $26 / night instead of the $19 it said on their website.

Had a fantastic stay! The outdoor heated pool was a highlight, swimming under city lights. Loved the beautiful gardens and soothing waterfalls. The food was also delicious, especially breakfast!

The hotel was very different from other hotels we have stayed at. The concept of the hotel occupying the top of the building and having offices occupy the lower floors made it interesting. The hotel has a lot of room and looks quite large on the inside. Feels like you are staying at an island resort even though you are on the top of a building.
The hotel has been updated and some of the updates were done poorly. Nothing bad like mold or dangerous work was done. Just a bit of a downer that such a nice design and new updates seemed to have been done quick which in return will keep the hotel from higher ratings.

Location was nice for shopping.
Surprised that the lobby was not on the first floor. No elevator to second floor of hotel where our room was located, just improvised ramps that caught luggage wheels. Ice machine not working beside the room, reported it twice, had to walk to other end of hotel. Room needs updating, door into room sticks hard, bathroom door is damaged at the back. Plug in washroom very loose. Room service was very fast although the food was horrible. Cheesecake for dessert was not edible.Very disappointing after paying $81 for a salad, steak sandwich and piece of cheesecake. Apparently housekeeping do not remove dirty dishes and they sat in the room for 2 days. Not a very good experience and will not likely stay with this hotel chain again.
